Kumasi Asante Kotoko coach, Dr. Prosper Nettey Ogum has resigned from his position at the club due to player exodus and unpaid salaries, sources have told Rash Sports News. 

This comes as a shock after winning his first ever title with the club as well as recording unprecedented victories at certain grounds at the just ended Ghana Premier League for Asante Kotoko. 

The astute and knowledgeable coach recently shared his plans for the upcoming season and emphasised on how important next season's CAF Champions League is important to him in an interview with a Kumasi-based radio station recently, but it seems all have been shattered as he has tend in a resignation letter. 

The management of the club are in limbo of his decision and are finding possible solutions at the moment as they seek to convince the coach to rescind his decision.
