 Messi leaves Barcelona after 21 years 


Lionel Messi has left Barcelona today after 21 years of service at the club. Barcelona and Lionel Messi had an agreement in principle to extend his contract but due to economical and structural obstacles, the deal cannot be finalized

Lionel Messi Played 729 games and scored 672 goals for Barcelona in his 12 year spell at the club. Paris Saint Germain and Manchester City are are thought to be interested with the former leading the race for his signature

After his departure today, Barcelona released a statement saying;

“Despite having reached an agreement between Barça and Leo Messi and with the clear intention of both parties to sign a new contract today, it will not be possible to formalize due to economic and structural obstacles (Spanish LaLiga regulations)”

Lionel Messi is open for a suitable offer though he has rejected other clubs, Rash Sports News understands. The transfer window closes on September 1 and anything can happen in the transfer window

Varane Officially unveiled

 Manchester United: Rafael Varane unveiled today Manchester United have officially unveiled Rafael Varanë today after a deal was agreed a  fortnight ago with Real Madrid and personal terms agreed too.
